December 30, 2013 – REMURIATE Technologies announced today that it has acquired the assets of Bailey Oxides.

Bailey Engineers is an international engineering, manufacturing and construction service organization involved in the design, supply, and installation of process systems and equipment for the ferrous and non-ferrous metals industry since 1920.  

Paul Carus, President and CEO of REMURIATE, commented, “We are looking forward to working with the Bailey’s dedicated employees and other stakeholders to invest in the sites acquired, and strengthen and reestablish relationships with our customers.”

Paul Carus formed REMURIATE in 2013 for the purpose of acquiring the assets of Bailey Oxides.  Prior to founding REMURIATE Paul Carus was COO, a director and an owner of Carus Corporation.  Carus manufactures and sells various inorganic chemicals (primarily Chlorine and Manganese and Phosphate chemistries used in municipal water treatment plants).
